Order Confirmation and Dispatch

• Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call or email from our representative.
• Upon confirmation, your order will be promptly processed and dispatched.
• Our working hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, so all orders placed within this time will be prioritized for processing.

Shipping Coverage

• We offer shipping services across all cities in Pakistan.
• Free Standard Shipping is available for orders exceeding PKR 3,000/-.
• Premium Shipping is also available for added convenience.

Payment and Delivery

• To ensure security and prevent fraud, all orders are shipped using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.
• In the event the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:
  • Our delivery representative will call to coordinate an alternate delivery time.
  • The parcel can also be left with a neighbor upon receiving payment.
