At MumyBaby, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. In case you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process:
Return Guidelines:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Fashion products can be tried on to check for fitting and will still be considered unworn.
- If the product is returned in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to refuse the complaint or request.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 working days of receiving the parcel.
How to Process a Return or Exchange:
Repack Merchandise:
Ensure the item(s) you want to return are packed securely along with the Return Label and a copy of the invoice. Clearly state the reason for returning the item(s).Shipping the Item:
Customers are required to send the merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense.

Important Notes:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
- Clearly label the package as ‘Return Item’ to avoid any confusion or inconvenience during processing.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for Baby Care and Feeding items due to hygiene concerns.
